Shipping & Return Policy

Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges are based on of a combination of product type and weight of the order, for more info see our FAQ.

  • Free shipping for orders over $100.

  • Shipping for order(s) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping is fulfilled through USPS or UPS.

    • ​Starting November 1st, please allow extra time for delivery, as major shipping providers begin preparing for an increase in packages because of the holidays.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping isn't currently available.

How do I check the status of my order?

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

  • If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at omvintage96@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges:

  • All sales are final. As a majority of the items are decades old and secondhand, please expect wear and marking. We will always do my best to guarantee any flaws are pictured and described.

  • Vintage clothing commonly runs smaller than as tagged. Please double check measurements before ordering.

  • Refunds will be considered for items that are not as described.
